Open shelves, no tills
Cypher Store
Everything you were told to pay for. Free, and gently so.
Made slowly, by hand, for anyone who wanders in. Nothing here is locked, nothing is counted, and nothing is asked of you. Take what you like down off the shelf, carry it home, and keep it as long as you want it.
Kept you waiting, huh?
On the shelves
Every Cypher app Kencypher has made, free, unlocked, and yours the moment you click. Nothing is held back for a paid tier, because there is not one. Windows, Linux and Android, each with its own page, real screenshots and a guide.
This is the only true source for these apps. Every official build comes from Cypher Store. If you found one of these somewhere else — another site, a mirror, an APK forum — Kencypher did not put it there, and nothing about what is inside it is guaranteed.

The only terms
Short, because there is not much to say.
Made by Kencypher. Free to download, free to use, free to pass to a friend. Not open source, and not yours to sell, rebrand or re-upload — that is copyright infringement, and it is pursued.
Every application in this store was written by Kencypher. You are welcome to run it on as many machines as you like and hand it to anyone you want. What you may not do is sell it, re-badge it as your own work, or strip the name off it.
